This Privacy Policy explains how Plantfocus CC, trading as Coltri Compressors South Africa ("Coltri", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through this website, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the product(s) you're interested in, and the message you provide. This information is sent directly to our sales team to respond to your enquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties.

When you submit a quote request, we collect the same details, plus the quantity and any accessories you tell us you're interested in, so that we can prepare an accurate quote. A quote request is only sent once you have ticked the consent box on that form, and the information is used and protected in exactly the same way as a contact enquiry.

Cookies

We use two categories of cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working correctly, including remembering your cookie consent choice, and can't be switched off. Measurement cookies help us understand how visitors use the site; these are off by default and only set once you switch them on or click "Accept all" in the cookie notice.
